Shop hours are by appointment only, as is all service. I only take a few projects each month. 
 
I work slowly, when I am able. All work is done on a first-come basis unless previously scheduled.   
 
I use only BMW original OEM parts and approved accessories and tires. I will not use parts supplied by the customer, as I have had problems with sub-standard and incorrect parts. 
 
Please DO NOT call or email to see if the bike is ready or to get progress reports. It's a waste of time and annoying. The answer will be "Come get it." It may not be finished... I DO enforce this policy vigorously.  I will contact you with questions and to give you adequate time to make any necessary travel arrangements. Your project will go smoothly if I have complete contact information. 
 
Labor rate is $75 per clock hour. This includes evaluations, time spent taking or shipping parts to the machine shop, painters, platers, etc. 
 
I can provide pick-up and delivery for your bike depending on my schedule. Rate is $75 plus $0.50 per mile, plus tolls. Add $75 for round trip over 75 miles. 
 
Repairs needing large parts orders may require a cash down-payment. 
 
Prepayment by check for deposits and based on estimates is accepted. 

Prepayment and final payment may be made via PayPal, subject to a small fee (the PayPal fee.) Final payment must be by cash, confirmed PayPal payment or money order before the parts are return shipped. Please do not mail cash.
